Alongside the growth of the congregation is the noble vision of Ptr. Marvin to establish a theology school which materialized after ten years - thus, the creation of the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology in 2007. The said theological academic institution was later accredited to the Baptist Ministerial Advocates of the Philippines, Inc.
FBST's mission, as envisioned by its founder and president Ptr. Marvin Edrosalam, is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life under the divine intervention of our God, the Almighty through Jesus Christ.

FBST is a non-CHED accredited institution as it maintains its belief that the Church is a separate institution from the state as mentioned in the 1987 Philippine Constitution. Further, a communique from CHEDRO III was also released dated March 7, 2014 clarifying that FBST's academic programs are of ecclesiastical in origin.

The Fundamental Baptist School of Theology has entered a consortium and agreement with the Texas Baptist Bible College - USA to further strengthen the educational foundation, integrity, and linkages of the institution.
In line with the literary programs for the students enrolled at the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology, we partnered with the Poetry Planet International Book Publishing House, Inc. for our current and future publication plans.
First among its vision is to provide ecclesiastical academic and theological programs for the members of the congregation, and those who are not part of the congregation who would want to pursue their ecclesiastical academic and theological programs currently being offered to 14 academic sites of the FBST TBBC USA Academic System across the Philippines and abroad.
Through the Committee for Latin Honors, FBST TBBC USA conducts honoris causa conferment ceremonies for deserving civilians or individuals commonly called as "game-changers" or "unsung heroes". The Rizal Commemorative Award and the Ophir Award for Literature and the Arts are also part of the awards system of the FBST TBBC USA Academic System.
